Since 2022, Dawn has been building stronger bodies and minds at Swan Pilates. Living by the phrase “whatever it takes”, Dawn unapologetically applies this idea to her students to push them out of their comfort zones and grow their muscles and their overall resilience.
Dawn believes Pilates is a celebration of the body, and she strives to share that passion with her students. By helping clients improve flexibility, strength, and balance through Pilates, she helps people increase awareness of their bodies. Through consistency in their workouts, her clients will feel stronger and more limber, therefore finding further joy in movement. From there, a true passion for Pilates is born and quickly becomes unstoppable.
Dawn is a strict but caring instructor who deeply desires for her students to attain their full potential through genuine care to see them succeed and her ambitious approach. Dawn carefully and creatively guides each customer to fearlessly push to their maximum capability, day by day.
When she’s not in the studio, Dawn is probably working out through strength training or tennis. On her rest day, you can catch her sewing, knitting, or crocheting over a good book.
